Analyst
Description:
The Analyst will be responsible for participating in our company’s unique requirements definition process by eliciting and documenting system requirements and business rules for software projects. The Analyst will be expected to capture the necessary information from stakeholders and take a copious amount of useful notes. The Analyst will also be responsible for executing various project-related tasks at the direction of Sr. project team members. The Analyst will be expected to develop expertise in requirements gathering and documentation best practices. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential to this position.
Responsiblities include:
- Participating in stakeholder meetings
- Proactively communicating and collaborating with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: Functional requirements (Business Requirements Document), scenarios, GUI, screen and interface designs
- Organizing information thoughtfully so that it makes sense to stakeholders and other team members
- Participating in Requirements Review Sessions and Visualization Comment Review Sessions with stakeholders, capturing feedback and revisions
- Capturing, communicating, and modeling business processes
- Managing multiple versions of technical documentation
- Organizing and managing large amounts of requirements for each project
- Learning requirements management tools such as RequPro, DOORS, etc.
Required:
- Minimum 1 year of gathering and documenting software requirements
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must be willing to qualify, submit to and pass government security clearance
- Must be available to travel up to 50%

Sr. Analyst
Description:
The Sr. Analyst will possess substantial knowledge and experience in requirements gathering techniques and practices as well as being adept at performing in a consultative role. The Sr. Analyst will be responsible for eliciting and documenting functional requirements and business rules for software projects quickly and efficiently. The Sr. Analyst will be expected to capture the necessary information from stakeholders and take a copious amount of useful notes. The Sr. Analyst will also be responsible for executing various project-related tasks at the direction of Sr. project team members. The Sr. Analyst should also possess and display expertise with requirements management tools such as DOORS, Requisite Professional, Blue Print, or similar. Exceptional communication skills are essential to this position. Must be able to facilitate JAD sessions.

Designer
Description:
The Designer will be involved in the visual design and prototyping of systems and applications based on requirements gathered from stakeholders keeping an eye towards user-centered design. These responsibilities include developing workflows, interactions flows/information architecture, navigational flows, and mock-ups. The Designer is expected to mature and develop their expertise by mastering various visualization tools as well as increase their user experience knowledge.
Responsiblities include:
- Participating in stakeholder meetings exhibiting strong business communications skills
- Creating user-centered design for software projects by considering market analysis, customer feedback, and usability findings
- Developing and communicating visual specifications
- Participating in and adding value to creative, business, and technical discussions
- Delivery of low, medium, and high fidelity page designs and scenarios
- Developing the ability to elicit stakeholder requirements
- Designing wireframes, flow charts and mock-ups
- Learning iRise and other visualization tools

These responsibilities include developing workflows, interactions flows/information architecture, navigational flows, and mock-ups, including conditional logic and decision points, to inform how best to build new products and services. The Sr. Designer will be expected to design quickly and efficiently with minimal to know instruction or supervision. A strong knowledge of user-centered design is essential to this position.
Responsiblities include:

Director of Business Development: Federal – Position Filled
Description:
The Director of Business Development will oversee and run OneSpring’s sales division for the Federal side of the business. The goal with this position is to expand OneSpring’s Federal market business by increasing revenue numbers and staff. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Outline, document, and communicate sales strategy to executive team.
- Position and close sales opportunities based on quarterly projections.
- Assist with working teaming relationships with partners.
- Target specific clients and be able to discuss our core offering with senior staff.
- Help build market awareness of OneSpring’s core offering.
- Assist with responding to proposals.
Required:
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Have experience with proposal writing and RFP/RFQ responses.
- Have experience dealing with GSA to find opportunities.
- Have an existing knowledge of the agencies to which they will be assigned with solid, senior-level relationships.
- Be able to provide a verifiable successful sales track record.
- Have a minimum of 7 years Business Development experience selling software development and systems integration services to senior executives in cabinet-level civilian agencies.
- Have a detailed understanding of the Federal marketplace including potential customers and competitors, as well as experience with government-wide and schedule procurement vehicles. Has a working knowledge of software development processes and systems development lifecycle as applied in the Federal IT environment.
- Have a functional knowledge of Federal financial systems.
- Have an aggressive, hard-charging attitude with focus on customers and customer relationships is required.
- Utilize business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
- Have a solid grasp of the English language, including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
- Have an understanding of the company’s business model, service offerings, past project engagements, and partnerships.
