This one is a bit old but still relevant to the success of any project and especially pertains to what we do here at OneSpring. Being a Requirements Agency we deal with all sorts of requirements (user, business and technical) and on our larger projects often manage tens of thousands of requirements. What I find interesting is that based on the survey’s audience only 4% of projects have over 5,000 requirements.
