Head of CX Design Thinking and Research

Ray is a digital user experience and creative design leader that applies LEAN and Human Centric Design to every project. A Design Thinking and Internet of Things (IoT) evangelist with a successful record of building meaningful relationships. Ray is the Head of CX Design at Primerica where he oversees all aspects of the company’s CX strategy. Before joining Primerica, Ray was the GVP of User Experience and User Interface Practice, Design Thinking at SunTrust.

Aida Kenyon

Seasoned UX Leader and Strategist

20+ years of experience working in user experience design for online products and services. Currently part of a large team of UX leaders responsible for building State Farm’s first in-house UX Design practice. In 2+ years we have built a talented team of 120 UX designers, architects, content strategists, creative directors and UX strategists. We have worked on over 180 projects including the ongoing development of a digital standards, pattern library and style guide for our web responsive platform and suite of native mobile. We are still maturing our processes and tools while continuing to expand our team, and evangelize and educate the value that UX design can offer to the organization. We partner closely with the UX Research team, IT, Innovation department and business partners at State Farm to bring remarkable experiences to our customers, State Farm Agents and employees.

Through his experiences with Hewlett Packard, State Farm and currently AT&T’s fighter brand, Cricket Wireless, Rowdy has focused his career on pushing customer centric practices and thought leadership, in order to truly make a difference for the business and in the life of customers.
