At the center of his vision is the ability to streamline the way in which ideas are defined, validated, and launched to the market. He is currently working on the concept of Lean Innovation, which is a framework for individuals and companies to use as a road-map for exploring and validating ideas.

Tim is responsible for creating strategic requirements/design plans, consulting on industry best practices, and managing teams through successful delivery.
