Using techniques like journey mapping, Google Design Sprints, and value proposition design, Claire promotes a customer-obsessed culture where the key to success is empathy. Prior to Travelport, Claire worked as a UX consultant, supporting clients such as Coca-Cola, Home Depot, First Data, AT&T, Boeing, IHG, Adult Swim, and the IRS.
