Advancing CX in a Culture of Change: Series 1
Join us on Tuesday, March 19th “Digital Transformation in Stages: The CX Adoption Journey”. After a discussion of the CX Journey Map, our guest speaker Claire Mason, Customer Experience Designer & Strategist at Travelport, will share her story of personal growth into a CX professional and the organizations and initiatives she’s seen succeed and fail along her own journey.
Claire is a customer experience manager at Travelport. With a background in design thinking, Claire focuses on putting the voice of the customer at the heart of decision-making and designing experiences that address real customer needs. Using techniques like journey mapping, Google Design Sprints, and value proposition design, Claire promotes a customer-obsessed culture where the key to success is empathy. Prior to Travelport, Claire worked as a UX consultant, supporting clients such as Coca-Cola, Home Depot, First Data, AT&T, Boeing, IHG, Adult Swim, and the IRS.
CX Thought Leadership Series
From Recognition to Interest, Investment to Commitment, and Engagement to Embedded, all organizations have to traverse this difficult path to bring lasting Digital Transformation. CX Transformation is not a product, but an investment in an ongoing journey that requires a new perspective. Building a community around this customer-centered perspective is what the Digital Transformation Forum is about, equipping each other for true transformation through sharing stories, insights, and techniques as we make the journey.
Digital Transformation marks a radical rethinking of how companies use technology, people and processes to radically change business performance. Customer Experience is one of the most important catalysts driving this evolution.
The Digital Transformation Forum
The Digital Transformation Forum was created to bring together a community of executives, entrepreneurs, and technology practitioners to better understand what digital transformation is all about in a competitive and fast moving digital landscape. Despite Digital Transformation becoming a central strategic goal in virtually every organization these days, Digital Transformation initiatives begin with high hopes but, too often, end without successful, lasting transformation.
