OneSpring was founded in 2005 in Atlanta, GA based on the idea that the way software applications were defined was fundamentally flawed. At the time, our founders Jason Moccia and Robert Grashuis were business strategy and user experience consultants. They discovered that clients would be much more successful building software by leveraging design thinking earlier in the process.

They set out to test this idea utilizing software visualization to define ideas in real-time with clients, so they could experience how software should work prior to development. This simple but powerful idea led to the formation of a new approach to defining software applications which has propelled the company to work with some of the largest companies in the world as well as government agencies.

OneSpring has worked on all types of solutions over the years. Today, OneSpring continues to delight clients through our expertise in Customer Experience (CX), User Experience (UX), and Design consulting. Our approach and services have evolved over the years but we still offer a fundamentally human-centered design approach in everything we do for our clients.

We take a human-centered design (HCD) approach to every solution we provide to our customers. Our initial focus is to better understand the voice of the customer through empathy and research into their behaviors, attitudes, and needs. We then create a journey map to identify the customer’s pain points and to discover opportunities that help inform a plan forward. From these insights, we create a Customer Experience (CX) strategy and project roadmap that articulates the solution and approach for the customer that is also aligned with the business goals and objectives.
