OneSpring worked with Delta Air Lines on a number of critical projects from Baggage Improvement initiatives to defining CMS requirements. All projects entailed facilitating user sessions to better understand user stakeholder needs. We also helped Delta with institutionalizing rapid prototyping and visualization through hands-on training and mentoring.

On the Forefront of Logistics
Delta has always been at the forefront logistics. OneSpring worked with Delta to improve their baggage process. Our teamed helped defined an Operations Dashboard, Baggage Transfer and Reporting, all important elements to the logistics puzzle.
Flying High with Delta
OneSpring worked closely with Delta to help train and mentor employees on the use of visualization and facilitation techniques. These were the same techniques we utilized on Delta projects. Utilizing design to define complex problems.
