Jason has more than 20 years of experience in the software development industry. Under Jason’s leadership, OneSpring has grown from serving a small handful of clients to partnering with more than 50 large commercial clients and Federal agencies. He is recognized as a leader in the consulting space with a focus on Agile design techniques and has written numerous articles on the subject. Jason has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida with a focus in Management Information Systems (MIS) and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Georgia.

As a creative design thinker, Robert is both artful and skillful leading complex strategies, execution of vision, and a masterful facilitator with executives, stakeholders, and user groups across global, federal, and enterprise landscapes at economies of scale.
