OneSpring, LLC, an award-winning usability and design company, has launched a new subsidiary called Talent Loft to staff and recruit IT professionals for local and nationwide consulting work. The subsidiary, Talent Loft, will license and use its newly created “Staffit” technology platform that uses proprietary algorithms to match talent with available short and long-term projects.
“Over the past 10 years, we’ve re-engineered the way software was developed. Now, we are re-engineering the way companies staff their critical software development teams,” said Jason Moccia, CEO of OneSpring.
With the “Staffit” platform, IT talent will be able to log into their portal to provide detailed profile information, credentials, work samples, candidate profile video(s), career pathway information, and behavioral data. The system dynamically creates a matching process between client and candidate.
Talent Loft will operate alongside OneSpring at its corporate office located at Avalon, in Alpharetta GA. The division is headed up by veteran technology executive Tony Trowbridge, who will oversee both operational and sales/marketing functions, along with Jason Moccia, OneSpring CEO and Chairman of the Board for Talent Loft and Robert Grashius, CIO and Board Member. Both Moccia and Grashius will continue with their executive roles with OneSpring.
