Jason has more than 20 years of experience in the software development industry. Under Jason’s leadership, OneSpring has grown from serving a small handful of clients to partnering with more than 50 large commercial clients and Federal agencies. He is recognized as a leader in the consulting space with a focus on Agile design techniques and has written numerous articles on the subject. Jason has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida with a focus in Management Information Systems (MIS) and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Georgia.
OneSpring was founded in 2005 by a group strategist, designers, and technical experts with the goal of streamlining the way software applications are defined, designed and developed. The team realized that businesses would be much more successful in their software development efforts if they put users at the center of their solutions. Since then, OneSpring has gone on to serve some of the largest companies and government agencies in the world.

As the CIO at OneSpring, Robert plays a key role in the company’s strategic direction and growth. Through his knowledge of human-centered design, technology and customer experience, Robert leads our consulting practice and develops innovative and compelling solutions for clients. Robert has more than twenty years of experience in design and visual communications with an emphasis in user-centered design and usability. From digital product design to customer experience strategy, his experience has helped companies such as The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, The Department of Homeland Security, ABC/Capital Cities, MasterCard International, InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, Toyota, and GRP/MCA Records achieve their business goals while also meeting the needs of their customers.
