Infographic of the Week

As a design major in college I’ve always had an admiration for those talented designers who can transform vast amounts of information into an easy to understand image, hence the reason our firm focuses so much on the power of Visualization.

I’m starting a new weekly series focused on my favorite Infographics. This week’s Infographic comes to us from ZenDesk and shows the value of traditional advertising vs. the value of great customer service. As a small business we constantly evaluate the value of each dollar spent and since the beginning of our company’s history we’ve chosen to keep our advertising budget lean, primarily relying on great customer service to drive repeat business. The data in this graphic certainly mirrors the story we’ve experienced.
