Reston, VA – July 10, 2012 -STRATEGIC COLLABORATIVE SERVICES JOINT VENTURE LLC (SCSJV) announced the award for the Chief Information Officer Solutions & Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) under the certification of Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and General Small Business categories, by the National Institute of Health Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC). This $20 billion contract with an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) has a ten year period of performance. The overall goal and focus of CIO-SP3 is to provide Government agencies the ability to quickly push out and order IT solutions and services at a reasonable cost. Qualified small businesses have a greater opportunity to be a part in this requirement which provides Government agencies a mechanism to help meet their socio-economic contracting goals.

SCSJV will provide advisory and assistance services to support the full range of IT services and health IT needs across the Federal Government. These services include support of: IT Services for Biomedical Research, Health Sciences, and Healthcare; Chief Information Officer (CIO) Support; Imaging; Critical Infrastructure Protection and Information Assurance; Digital Government; Enterprise Resource Management; and Software Development.

“Our Joint Venture is excited and honored to receive the award for CIO-SP3. Together with my fellow partners, we know we can excel and make the most of our businesses strong points,” Blair Tolbard, CEO of MiCORE Solutions and Partner of SCSJV.

One of the key teaming partners joining SCSJV is OneSpring, LLC. OneSpring’s expertise in Requirements Definition & Managements and use of software visualization will provide stakeholders and business analysts with an innovative process to increase the accuracy and completeness of requirements early in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), – minimizing risk & costly rework before any development is conducted.

“We’re very excited to be part of the SCSJV team. As budgets continue to be constricted, all federal departments, agencies and offices will need to find new ways to get more done with less.
